To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outbranch Network's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outbranch Network, its affiliates, and its personnel from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Onondaga County, New York.
